Kishor Pinninti is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with an extensive experience in the IT industry. He holds the globally recognized SAP license to recruit, HR Interviewer from Dale Carnegie, Making Great Hiring Decisions and Making Great Compensation Decisions from Amazon.

Kishor Pinninti is our Vice President for Talent Acquisition and Talent Development. He is a Human Resources recruiter with almost two decades of experience in various IT companies.

Kishor started his career as a recruiter for Angel Info Solutions. Before joining Feuji Inc., Kishor worked with Amazon, AWS for more than five years as a Full lifecycle recruiter. He is specialized in Market Intelligence, Technology Landscape Mapping and building Hiring Strategy for niche skills.

Prior to Amazon, he worked as a Senior Recruiter for SAP Labs and Thomson Reuters, His experience spans across multiple geographies including Vietnam, Korea, Australia, Middle East and US.

Kishor has also worked with Cisco Systems and Wipro Technologies in various capacities. He completed his education from Andhra University in 2003.

On the personal front Kishor is a National Player in Kho-Kho and holds certificates from the National Cadet Corps. (NCC)
