Vipin Gupta

An accomplished financial services leader, Vipin specializes in Technology, Transformation, and Turnaround. His mission is to guide the C-suite and board in reducing multimillion-dollar waste caused by organizational behaviors, while promoting continuous improvement and competitive advantage.

Vipin is an accomplished and recognized Technology, Transformation, and Turnaround leader in the financial services industry. He has an exemplary track record of growing and transforming multibillion dollar businesses into digital businesses without growing expenses. His leadership and expertise reflect a range of experiences as Chief Digital Officer in large corporations (Toyota, KeyBank, PNC), Partner in multinational consulting firms (Capgemini, E&Y, NIIT), and Founder/CEO of startups.

Most recently, as Chief Innovation, Strategy, and Digital Officer at Toyota Financial Services, Vipin led a multibillion-dollar growth in assets and operating income by rearchitecting Toyota’s captive auto finance business into a multi-brand platform business to operate auto finance companies of Mazda, BassPro, and others. Before that, as Chief Information Officer of KeyBank's retail and private banking business, he led the build of new digital banking and drove the complete modernization of credit card, wealth, and mortgage platforms.

Earlier in his career, as Partner at Capgemini Ernst & Young, Vipin led a consulting practice and delivered multiyear e-business transformations at JPMorgan Chase, Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, and more. He has also been instrumental in M&A activities ranging from multibillion-dollar acquisition and integration of a mid-size bank to early-stage fintech startups.

Vipin now assists and advises business leaders and boards on techniques to reduce multimillion-dollar waste caused by organizational behaviors and improve their ability to constantly transform to gain a competitive edge for continuous growth.

In addition to Feuji's advisory board, Vipin serves on the Junior Achievement board of Dallas, multiple industry advisory boards, and committees. Previously he was a member of the boards at the Greater Cleveland Film Commission and Breakthrough Schools. He is currently a member of the World 50 C-suite Faculty, CIO Executive Council Pathways Coach, MIT Sloan CIO Leadership Committee, and Global CIO Research Board.

He is a recipient of the prestigious MIT Sloan CIO Leadership Award, CIO Hall of Fame, CIO Standout Winner for Innovation, CLO's Learning in Practice, Forbes CIO 50, and Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business.
