Prior to Feuji, Manohar founded Gallop Solutions in 2003. Gallop Solutions went on to become one of the largest independent testing companies in the world. He has also served as the President of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), Hyderabad, in 2021. Under his leadership TiE gained a new momentum in nurturing budding entrepreneurs and to build global partnerships.

Manohar Reddy is the founder and CEO of Feuji Inc. He is a successful entrepreneur, thought leader, mentor, and respected philanthropist. Under his leadership, Feuji has flourished and grown to become a global organization.

He is the founder of Touring Talkies Inc. that has co-produced and distributed several successful Indian Telugu movies like Anand, Happy Days and Life is Beautiful. Manohar is the owner of Eknazar.com which is the second largest lifestyle portal for NRIs in the USA.

Manohar is a philanthropist at heart and believes in paying it forward to the community. He is the founder and chairperson of a Charitable Society for Rural Empowerment that has adopted a village in Andhra Pradesh under the Smart Village Program. This Society, with the support of the Feuji Foundation, has established a school and a clinic. It has also created a training and skill development center to educate and empower rural students, and to create jobs. In January 2019, this village was declared as the first Smart Village in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India.

Manohar has served on the board of the Andhra Pradesh State Entrepreneurship Development Council. He has been also the Executive Council Member of Sri Krishnadeveraya University, Anantapuram, Andhra Pradesh. Manohar has served as an advisor to The Entrepreneur Zone (TEZ) incubation center at University of Hyderabad.
