Swati plays an important role at Feuji directing our HR practice. She takes charge of Feuji’s HR policies, organization development, and employee relations. She helps our employees understand the culture of excellence that they are expected to demonstrate.

Swati Chigullapalli is the Vice President - Global HR & Organization Development at Feuji. She is a strategic human resources expert who comes with over 15 years of experience in different areas of human resource development.

Before joining Feuji, Swati headed the Organization Development function in the Engineering Research Center of Tata Motors, where she collaborated with key stakeholders to design and conduct change initiatives and implement large-scale organization solutions.

Swati has obtained a specialization in the area of Organization Development and was awarded a graduate certificate from the University of Dallas in 2013. She earned her Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Mumbai in 2007. In her free time, Swati enjoys reading and traveling.
