Based out of Costa Rica, Jorge develops strategies and solutions specific to the Central American region. His expertise lies in process and quality improvement.

Jorge Tiburcio is the Senior Director - Business Development, Costa Rica. In this role, he develops sales strategies and designs service solutions to be delivered in Central America.

He comes with more than 18 years of experience in Business Development. Prior to joining Feuji, he served as the Business Development Manager at ManpowerGroup México y Centroamérica. He has extensive experience in the development and implementation of business processes and has worked in several companies in Mexico and Costa Rica. Jorge is an Industrial Engineer with an MBA from Monterrey Tech.

Jorge used to be a professional football player. He enjoys Sunday barbecues and team sports.
