Venkat Rao Kongani is the Senior Vice President – Delivery and Client Success at Feuji, where he leads global delivery excellence and client success initiatives, leveraging Applied AI to drive measurable business outcomes and long-term value for clients.

With over 25 years of expertise in building scalable delivery practices and strengthening strategic client partnerships, he focuses on enabling operational excellence, fostering innovation, and delivering transformative outcomes across industries. His role is central to ensuring Feuji’s AI-led solutions consistently deliver impact, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining Feuji, Venkat spent a significant part of his career at Wipro Technologies, where he led large-scale transformation programs and global initiatives across multiple domains and industry verticals, including Technology, BFSI, Airports, Engineering & Construction, and Utilities. His experience spans managing complex delivery ecosystems, driving customer success, and executing digital transformation programs at scale.

Throughout his career, Venkat has worked closely with global clients and high-performing teams, shaping his leadership philosophy around collaboration, trust, and outcome-driven execution.

Venkat holds a bachelor’s degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, College of Engineering in Hyderabad, India.
