ANIL VALECHA

Anil Valecha is an astute finance & strategy professional and a CXO group member, bringing over 25 years of cross-industry experience spanning technology services, B2B SaaS, BPO, AI-led platform businesses, advisory and consulting, and media.

As Chief Financial Officer at Feuji, Anil leads the company’s global financial strategy and growth investments, strengthens operational rigor, and partners closely with the executive leadership team to accelerate sustainable and profitable expansion. He works hand in hand with the CEO, Board, and senior leaders to support Feuji’s next phase of growth.

Anil has a proven track record in strategic finance, corporate development, investor relations, and business partnering with senior leadership and P&L owners. His expertise includes M&A transactions, fund raises, post-M&A integrations, due diligence, extensive engagement with PE/VC firms, governance frameworks, internal controls, and driving fiscal discipline in the organizations.

Over the course of his career, Anil has efficiently led and managed financial operations for startups, growth-stage companies, and large organizations. His prior leadership roles include tenures at WNS, Sutherland, Cognizant, Antuit.ai, and RIA Advisory Group. He also serves on the selection committee for a fast-rising angel investor group.

Anil holds ACMA-CGMA (UK), an Executive MBA from IIM Bangalore, and a Leadership Certificate from Harvard Business School. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, reading, number crunching, and occasionally playing chess, table tennis, and cricket.
