One-click-deployment
One-Click deployments were made using Azure’s CI/CD pipeline.
A multi-billion-dollar interior design and finishing solution within the construction industry wanted to move from a traditional testing process. This was because it caused many productivity challenges. We proposed a unified automation framework that would integrate and provide end-to-end user experience across their five lines of products.
The client is a $20 billion IT giant with operations across the world providing mission-critical IT services. With operations in 70 countries globally, the client drives innovation in the IT world. The client has over 130,000 employees across the world and is a Fortune 500 global IT services leader.
PROJECT SUMMARY
By collaborating extensively with the company’s internal business process teams, application building teams, and testing teams, we built an automated testing platform that provided a seamless experience across their five lines of products while improving productivity across business verticals.
CHALLENGES
The critical challenge in this case was the sheer number of
Elaborate processes and procedures causing reduced efficiency.
Multiple business lines within the organization that worked in siloes.
The client’s team had a passive resistance to change resistance.
SOLUTION
Through automating the testing processes, we were able to
Generate a single-click-deployment.
Created a unified framework to test entire product lines for multiple functionalities.
Development and automation of code testing to push to the same repositories.
