INTRODUCTION
Microsoft Power Virtual Agents is a tool that allows you to create chatbots or virtual assistants. Essentially, it helps you to build a computer program that can have a conversation with people through a chat interface, like on a website or messaging app.
This tool is designed to be user-friendly, so you don't need to have any programming knowledge to use it. You simply choose what types of questions the chatbot should be able to answer and how it should respond to those questions.
Think of Power Virtual Agents like having a personal assistant that can answer frequently asked questions, provide information, and guide people to the right resources, 24/7. This can save time and effort for both customers and businesses and make it easier for people to get the information they need.
