Wildlife Conservation in Costa Rica

According to McKinsey, natural capital acts as our planet’s balance sheet, providing critical services and resilience. Biodiversity, a core component of natural capital, supports activities like pharmaceutical innovation, crop pollination, and eco-tourism.

The Rescate Wildlife Rescue Center, Alajuela, is a non-profit organisation that cares for the wild animals of Costa Rica. The primary mission of the center is to rehabilitate orphaned, injured, or confiscated animals and then release them back into the wild.

Our projects contribute to the funding and protection of endangered species by supporting essential animal care programs such as maintaining habitats and providing infrastructure maintenance. Our team in Costa Rica spent a day volunteering at the Rescate Wildlife Rescue Center. It was an unforgettable experience. Our team members worked alongside the dedicated staff at the animal rescue center to help build shelters for animals rescued from illegal trade or illegal hunting activities.

Through our work, we support the animal rescue and care programs of the Rescate Wildlife Rescue Center, Alajuela, Costa Rica, which focuses on saving endangered species and their habitats.
