The platform simplifies consumers processes to capitalize on their health benefits through directed spending technology, which covers supplemental and specialized benefits. Key features include an integrated reward dashboard, a single card for all benefits, and intuitive tools to improve health outcomes and drive quantifiable results.

The client has over 130,000 employees across the world and is a Fortune 500 global IT services leader.


The project aims to bring in an Automation-first approach to a Healthcare ISV. Our client needed a greenfield application development ecosystem with an automation-first strategy. We addressed complexities related to testing and mitigated delayed release cycles. Our technology stack includes GitHub, Azure DevOps, Azure, .NET Core, React, Micro-Services, Kubernetes, VSCode, Jira, and Jira Xray. This comprehensive technology deployment ensures efficient development, quality testing, and timely releases for the client. The risk-based test automation coverage exceeded 85% across the web with Microservices and mobile applications, ensuring all the critical scenarios and functionalities are covered.


The client faced multiple critical challenges in their quest to revolutionize consumer engagement in the Medicare Advantage and Commercial markets: 

  • Fragmented Technology Infrastructure with React-based UI, Dot Net backend with Micro-Services eco-system, and mobile applications.

  • Deployed Unified Test Automation Framework (UTAF) for seamless test automation across web, mobile, and microservices.

  • Integrated the test suite with Azure DevOps pipelines to enable continuous and automated testing.

  • Conducted extensive performance testing and real user monitoring to identify and mitigate application bottlenecks early and improve responsiveness.

  • Implemented secure code scanning for each build and performed rigorous security testing adhering to OWASP, NIST, and other industry standards.

  • Established quality check gates, dashboards for test analytics for a high-maturity test organization, and data-backed decision-making.
