Kaushik Ghosh is the Senior Director of Client Partnerships at Feuji. With over 27 years of leadership experience, he possesses a strong background in Program Management, Customer Relationship Management and Delivery Management. His extensive experience in handling managed services projects in Quality Assurance, Cloud Operations, and Agile Environments showcases consistent excellence.

Kaushik’s diverse client portfolio spans engagements across a wide array of industries, including Banking & Financial, Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Oil & Gas, and more. As a seasoned Client Partner, he has successfully led large high-performance teams to consistently deliver top-quality products. Throughout his career, Kaushik has held Senior Management positions at Hewlett Packard, L&T Infotech, Satyam Computer Services, and Infosys. He played a pivotal role in establishing and leading high-performance teams, demonstrating a sharp acumen for new business development while prioritizing customer delight.

Kaushik was recognized as the ‘Most Valuable Player’ at Hewlett Packard for two consecutive years, owing to his exceptional dedication to customer focus and his consistent delivery of high-quality results during his tenure with General Motors.

Kaushik holds a Master’s degree in Statistics from Calcutta University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Michigan State University. He is an avid reader of technology journals and is a strong believer in the power of teamwork and team development.
