- Experience in sales leadership is a must.
- Experience working with Indian clients is a must.
- Experience in partnership engagements including Salesforce, Microsoft, Altryx, etc., is a must.
- Experience working in a hyper-growth company is a must.
- Ability to interact and influence effectively with C-level executives and team members is a must.
- Responsible for recruiting and hiring sales staff and developing training programs.
- Responsible for managing sales teams and maintaining sales operations.
- Responsible for setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.
