As a Network Engineer, you will responsible to maintain and manage computer networks within your department and amongst several departments in the organization. We are looking for someone who has a strong working experience in the Cisco networking environment.

    Job Requiremenets
    • Experience in Cisco virtual switching, routing, LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and network upgrades is a must.
    • Experience in datacenter infrastructure is a must.
    • 2+ years of hands-on experience in delivery, provisioning, and troubleshooting of networks is expected.
    • A basic understanding of OSPF and BGP routing protocols for IPv4 & IPv6 is expected.
    • Advanced understanding of OSI Reference Model, IETF TCP/IP suite, and their typical implementations is a must.
    • A good knowledge on hierarchical network and next generation firewall platforms is expected.
    • Knowledge on intent-based networking solutions is expected.
    • Experience in Software Defined Networking and network controllers is expected.
    • A good understanding of APIs along with the use of YANG, NETCONF, and RESTCONF is expected.
    • Working knowledge on public, private, community, and hybrid cloud deployment models is expected.
    • Experience in cloud automation and orchestration using Chef, Puppet, and Ansible is expected.
    • Knowledge on common-cloud characteristics like demand self-service, elasticity, and multi-tenancy is expected.
    • A good knowledge on Tier-II, Tier-III, and spine-leaf architecture is expected.
    • A good knowledge on network virtualization is expected.
    • A good understanding of SDN, network function virtualization, OpenDayLight, concepts of overlays (OTV, VXLAN) is expected.
    • A good understanding of data control and management planes is expected.
    • Knowledge on Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) is preferrable.
    • An understanding of switching technologies like Catalyst & Nexus switching, and ISR/ASR routing platforms is preferrable.
    • A professional-level certification (CCNP) in networking is preferrable.
    • Experience in Palo Alto networks is preferrable.

        Job Description
        • Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
        • Perform disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
        • Protect data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures.
        • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
        • Replace faulty network hardware components when required.
        • Maintain, configure, and monitor virus protection software and email applications.
        • Monitor network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.
        • Confer with network users about solving existing system problems.
        • Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of networks and computer systems.
        • Coordinate computer network access and use.
        • Design, configure, and test networking software, computer hardware, and operating system software.
