Microsoft Power BI is a cloud-based business intelligence and data visualization tool that enables organizations to turn data into insights and share them across their organization. It provides interactive dashboards, reports, and charts that allow users to easily connect to data sources, transform and analyze data, and share insights with others. Power BI integrates with other Microsoft services and offers seamless collaboration and secure data sharing, making it a powerful tool for organizations of all sizes to drive informed decision-making.

Microsoft Office 365 was renamed to Microsoft 365 on April 2020 to reflect the fact that the product now represented more than just versions of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. There are currently over 27 different apps provided in an enterprise license of 365 and most organizations never use some of the most powerful features of the product.
This course takes students through the lesser known apps, and teaches them when to use them, and how they can help increase productivity and capabilities in using Office.

Microsoft TEAMS is not an application for chat and meetings, nor is it an application for storing files in the cloud. It provides this functionality (and much more), but TEAMS is a platform, not an app, that acts as a container.
The container holds any apps (Microsoft or non-Microsoft apps) that the user wants to work together in a unified structure. This makes collaboration between team members incredibly easy when not only the data is shared, but the apps that make the data is shared as well.

Microsoft Power Automate (formerly known as Microsoft Flow) is a cloud-based software tool for automating workflow and business processes. It enables users to create and automate workflows between different applications and services without writing code. Power Automate integrates with a wide range of applications

Microsoft Power Platform is a low-code platform of products that enables business users to build custom business applications and automate processes without requiring extensive technical knowledge or resources.
It includes five main components: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Pages

Microsoft PowerApps is a low-code platform that enables business users to build custom business applications for various needs and tasks. It allows users to create apps by connecting to data sources such as SharePoint, Excel, and Dynamics 365, and using drag-and-drop functionality and pre-built templates to create the apps.

Microsoft Outlook was not designed as an e-mail client.  Released in Jan 1997 and with over 400 Million users worldwide, Outlook has always been billed as a personal information manager (or PIM.)  Many organizations that purchase Office 365/Microsoft 365 licenses, use Outlook primarily as an e-mail client only, and their employees often do not know or use the multitude of personal productivity tools that have been added to Outlook over the years.

Microsoft Power Virtual Agents is a tool that allows you to create chatbots or virtual assistants. Essentially, it helps you to build a computer program that can have a conversation with people through a chat interface, like on a website or messaging app. This tool is designed to be user-friendly, so you don't need to have any programming knowledge to use it. You simply choose what types of questions the chatbot answers and how it should respond to those questions.
