PROJECT SUMMARY

One of the largest American IT companies required teams of proposal managers and writers across Central America, Eastern Europe, and India. We accomplished this within a 30-day timeframe.

CHALLENGES

The challenges were threefold:

  • Proposal management demands a highly specialized skillset 

  • The client had stringent quality requirements for candidates, necessitating a thorough 7-step interview process with a selection-to-submission ratio 1:10 

  • The client had a minimal timeframe of 30 days to complete the project 

SOLUTION

  • Country-Specific Hiring Teams: Dedicated hiring teams were deployed for each country to streamline the hiring process.  

  • Identification of 400+ Candidates: We identified and assessed over 400 suitable candidates for a team of 50.  

  • Comprehensive Candidate Evaluation: Candidates underwent multiple rounds of written tests, interviews, and personality assessments, followed by the final two rounds with the client.  

  • Global Collaboration and Training: Teams across Costa Rica, Romania, and India received training, worked in collaboration, shared feedback, and learned from each other.
