We are a boutique IT solutions company with operations in multiple geographies and specialization across domains. We believe in delivering solutions that will have a measurable positive impact on our clients’ business and bottom line. Analytics, Cloud solutions, Business process automation and Rightshoring are our key focus areas.

We are headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with operations in Costa Rica,Romania and India.

Founding members of Feuji have previously built successful companies focused on services in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Business Intelligence. During this journey, the team worked with very large enterprises, providing custom solutions and professional services.

We believe in the ‘Pay it forward’ philosophy. We have adopted a village with a population of 3000 in South India to make it a sustainable Smart Village. As a part of this program, we have built a skill development center, adopted public schools, developed infrastructure, facilitated sanitation and pure drinking water facilities. Manohar Reddy is a successful entrepreneur who has built companies with solid fundamentals in the past. Manohar was the founder CEO of Gallop Solutions, which was acquired by one of the largest independent testing companies in the world. He has 27 years of well-rounded experience in various facets of product development, product marketing, pre-sales, and business development. Manohar believes in simple things that bring immense joy to our lives and that became the core of the value system and culture at Feuji. He was recently nominated as a Special Representative of Andhra Pradesh State Government for North and Central America.

He has served as an Advisory Board Member for the University of Texas and Dallas School of Management’s Center for Intelligent Supply Networks.

Ruchi possesses an in-depth understanding of the IT recruitment space with an eye for spotting talent that enables swift delivery, client delight, and business profitability. Ruchi’s philosophy — matching the right talent to the right role is not the end of the Talent Acquisition process, but rather the beginning of long-term associations.

Sanjay Jesrani is the Founder & CEO of Go North Ventures. Go North is an angel investment and advisory firm, focused on investing in and mentoring Startups. It also provides strategy inputs to high growth, early stage companies and SMB’s moving to their next orbit.

A Charter member at TiE, Hyderabad (The Indus Entrepreneurs), he is also a member of the Executive Council at the IIIT Hyderabad Foundation. An independent Director on the board of Unimed Health (Star Hospitals), he has also joined the Business Advisory Council at Woxsen School of Business, Hyderabad.

Sanjay was the CEO, Executive Vice President of Hitachi Consulting India.

As a member of Hitachi Consulting’s Exec Leadership Team, Sanjay was actively involved in the company’s Growth strategy and M&A programs targeted at reaching the $1B + size. He was a core member of the India and South Asia Hitachi group company CEO network.

Sanjay brings over 22 years of solid execution experience from his previous role at Sierra Atlantic, as the CFO - Asia & China.

He holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce and a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). A keen golfer and art enthusiast, he was also a founding member of Sierra Atlantic’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiative at India.

Before moving to IT, he worked in the domains of Automobiles and Non-Renewable Energy. In his free time, Bharat loves reading, gardening, and cooking.

She is a Strategic HR expert with experience in Performance, Talent & Attrition Management, Employee Engagement, SAP HR, and Compliance. Swati enjoys the challenge of leading enterprise transformations, collaborating with key stakeholders to design and conduct change initiatives, and implementing large-scale organization solutions. In her previous roles, she managed Corporate Communications and continues to do so in Feuji. Swati lives in Dallas with her husband and enjoys reading, DIY, and traveling.

Swati's journey in Human Resources began over 12 years ago with a specialization in Organization Development. She is a Strategic HR expert with experience in Performance, Talent & Attrition Management, Employee Engagement, SAP HR, and Compliance. Julio has over 10 years’ experience in Project Management & Operations with expertise in project delivery and developing and changing control processes. Julio is motivated by working with teams, managing healthy client relationships and contributing to business success. He enjoys spending time on the beach and flying aircraft.

Julio heads Operations in Feuji Costa Rica. He holds a BSc in Economics and an MBA. Julio has over 10 years’ experience in Project Management & Operations with expertise in project delivery and developing and changing control processes. Jorge heads Business Development for Feuji Costa Rica. He is an Industrial and Systems Engineer with an MBA from Monterrey Tech University, México. He has more than 18 years of experience in business development in technology, HR, and Healthcare services.

Jorge is a creative and dynamic professional with vast experience in executing multiple regional and global projects in Central and Latin America. His area of expertise includes RPO, Recruitment, Staffing, and BPO services. He has previously led specialized services at Manpower Group in Costa Rica. Jorge used to be a professional football player and is a family guy who enjoys sunday barbecues and team sports.

Jorge heads Business Development for Feuji Costa Rica. He is an Industrial and Systems Engineer with an MBA from Monterrey Tech University, México. He has more than 18 years of experience in business development in technology, HR, and Healthcare services.
